TOUGH MUDDER IN YORKSHIRE DALES: Broughton Hall sees the return of Tough Mudder Classic and 5k format

Everything
Tough Mudder will be taken to the beautiful dales of Yorkshire this weekend (Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July). Broughton Hall will see the return of Tough Mudder Classic as well as the 5K format.

Encouraging Yorkshire locals to shake up their social calendar and take on a new fitness experience, Tough Mudder comes jam-packed with judgement-free challenges and hard-earned accomplishment that’s full of fun. Teams and individuals can take on the challenges together; push and pull teammates up, over or under the epic obstacles to make your way to the finish line – then celebrate together in Mudder Village.

Tough Mudder’s return to Broughton Hall brings world-class obstacles for teams to tackle together. Featuring 25 of Tough Mudder’s top-rated obstacles including three new innovations Texas Hold ‘em and Overtired, along with returning fan-favourites, Arctic Enema, Pyramid Scheme and Everest, this is no ordinary fun run. The shorter 5K course option also offers new and returning Mudders alike the chance to dabble in some filthy obstacle action in a relaxed, sociable way.

On completion of the course, kick back at the most epic Mudder Village your Instagram feed has ever seen. Live entertainment, games and challenges, free beer and a never-ending supply of Mudder Nation camaraderie for participants and spectators alike to enjoy.

Giles Chater, Managing Director – Tough Mudder Ltd, said: “We can’t wait to welcome even more people into our Tough Mudder Tribe – from people who have never tried our events and want a flavour of our legendary camaraderie, to well-seasoned Mudders looking to enjoy our epic obstacles and rewarding atmosphere with friends.”

If all that wasn’t enough, even more free swag for participants this year will be waiting for participants at the finish line. For the 2019 season, participants will receive a Snickers More Protein® bar, a BrewDog Punk IPA, alongside their iconic finishers headbands and an all-new finisher t-shirt.
