Yorkshire’s first content creator academy is offering free drop-in sessions every Wednesday afternoon and select Saturdays in Summer at The Ridings Shopping Centre.

Sparkle’s business manager and journalist Esther Olaoye said: “We want to find social media lovers who want to up their game and make it as professional content creators.
“Whether you want to learn to take the perfect Instagrammable shot or make your first vlog or podcast. We’ll be on hand to help.
“We’re also happy to help those just getting to grips with digital discover the power of social media, YouTube and blogs.”

So, what can you expect from these drop-in sessions? From learning to take the perfect Instagram shot to creating your first vlog or podcast, Sparkle’s team of experts will be on hand to guide you every step of the way. And if you’re not sure where to start, they’ll help you discover the power of social media, YouTube, and blogs.

The drop-in sessions will take place every Wednesday from April 2023, from 2-5 pm at The Ridings Shopping Centre in Wakefield, in the office next to the security office. Studio open days will also be held on select Saturdays from June 17th in the Middle Mall main events space. All sessions are free thanks to funding from Prosper Wakefield.
