Top YouTuber Danny Malin the face of Rate My Takeaway is back on the road again hosting an exclusive meet and greet in Wakefield to meet fans and raise money to help support budding content creators who wouldn’t normally have the equipment or support to make a living online.
Yorkshireman Danny shot to fame during the pandemic for his hilarious Covid videos before becoming a hit Youtuber with over 500 million views and nearly 600k subscribers.
Danny is regularly spotted throughout the UK and decided to host his latest event at The Ridings Shopping Centre as he regularly shops there with his family.
He said: “I love the fayres and markets here as well as the antique shop, I feel at home with all the quirky things on the wall.”
Danny will in fact be bringing his motor home (his famous van) so fans can take a look inside and have a selfie.
He added: “I love meet and greets because it is my fans who pay my bills and have got me where I am today. But we’re keeping this one ticketed only to give people a chance to chat and a bit more time to meet me and the whole Rate My Takeaway team who will be there.”
Whether people want photos or videos in the van, fans will have time to take a look.

Which has a YouTube and podcasting studio at The Rifdings, will be raising money to support the content creators academy a community group he’ll be setting up with Sparkle.
Danny himself started from humble beginning. He has gone from being a familiar face at Leeds Market to winning Youtube’s UK’s Breakthrough Creator of the Year Award 2021 confirming his popularity across the world for his down-to-earth candid food review videos.
