Days OutEverythingReviewsWhat's On

Have you wondered what’s going in in the Ridings and surrounding areas this summer?

Well look no further, as here’s a few of our ideas we have found:

On Weds July 28th 2021, there’s an Artwalk in and around Ridings from 5pm-8pm including the CoActive exhibition in the Make Space opposite Poundland on the bottom floor.

There’s a vintage fair on 21st August TONNES of sustainable, vintage, retro & branded fashion for just £15 PER KILO on the middle mall, outside M&S, The Ridings Shopping Centre, Almshouse Ln, Wakefield WF1 1DS.

★ Saturday 21st August

★ You will need to choose a ticketed time slot to help us maintain social distancing, get your ticket HERE https://www.fatsoma.com/r/bd0d1eed-ee0d-405e-b5cc-8bc82baed01c/e/a1099a0y

★ Please wear a face covering, and bring your own bag!

★ Fresh stock will be added to the rails throughout the day.

ENTRY PRICES:

Early Bird (10am-11am) £3

General Admission (11am-4pm) £2

★ They  take CASH, CARD, APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY at the tills.

★ They  keep the stock price as low as we can so you may find the odd snag or missing button! Our advice is to get stuck in to save those £££’s

If the kids like getting messy or art, then all summer, there’s Artventurers are excited to be using this fab space for three special days of classes over summer ☀️

‘Our Yard’ is on the lower mall of The Ridings Shopping Centre, where the old food court used to be, near to the main toilets and Morrisons.

They will be running creative art sessions (likely to get very messy!) for babies from 6 months up to 7 years, and I’m really looking forward to running some special workshops too, for older children, 4 to 10 years.
