Meatloaf
Meatloaf is an American favourite. It is also another great way to use mince beef. If you don’t have a small loaf tin, you can shape this into a “loaf†by hand it’s just not as easy to slice as it is not compressed down so much. Leftovers are great cold with salad! I served mine with air-fried chips!
Ingredients
450g pack of 5% beef mince
1 Onion grated
1 Slice of wholemeal bread grated
1 Tbs tomato puree
1 Tbs smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with clean hands and then press down into a small loaf tin that has been greased with a little fry light. Bake in the air fryer or regular oven for about half an hour.
Allow to rest for about ten minutes and then carefully turn out onto a board. Serve in thick slices.
