One of the highlights of the British sporting summer was here again as the best tennis players in the world headed to Wimbledon in London, the question in the men’s singles was could anyone stop Novak Djokovic from winning Wimbledon again, could any of the Brits go deep, and could ANdy Murray go deep on the 10th anniversary of him winning it for the 1st time?

Mens singles round up so far
In round 1, defending champion Djokovic eased through into round 2 with a straight sets win over Cachin, one of his rivals Carlos Alcaraz beat Chrdy in straight sets, there was a all British clash between Ryan Peniston and Andy Murray which Murray came out on top in, other Brits who won in first round were Broady, Choinski, Norrie, Evans went out, Loffhagen out 1st round, Fery out first round.
In round 2 Djokovic again through in straight sets over Thompson, Tsitsipas beat Thiem to set up a round 2 clash with Andy Murray, which Murray led 2 sets to 1 but went out after having to return the day after, Norrie went out to Eubanks, Broady got into round 3.
In round 3 Djokovic played Wawrinka and he won in straight sets again, Dimitrov won and all the Brits out in the mens singles.
Womens singles roundup so far
In round 1, Harriet Dart was first Brit to play and to go out, Burrage got into round 2 beating McNally, Swan went out to Bencic, Venus Williams went out to Svitolina and loads more results.
In round 2, Burrage went out to Kasatkina, Boulter beat Saville to progress to round 3, Watson lost to Krecijkova, Kartal out to Keys, teenager Andreeva into round 3, as was former champ Kvitova.
Round 3 Boulter through to face defending champion Rybakina, Bencic, Pegula, Keys, Kvitova all through to last 32.
Round 4 Sabalenka through, Rybakina thrashed Boulter to end British interest in the tournament, Svitolina beat Azarenka with no handshakes.
We are into the 2nd week now where the players feel it really begins, with last 16, Quarters, semis and final all in this week, both defending champions are still in it, can anyone deny Djokovic another Wimbledon crown?
